Abu Dhabi introduces its first official rental index, learn to check current rates in your locality

 

The emirate’s first ever official rental index for Abu Dhabi was published on Tuesday. It has been published by the capital’s real estate sector trade body Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).

The platform that is aimed to benefit the tenants and landlords, is aimed at enhancing the market competitiveness, to facilitate the indication of rental values, and to prop up the sustainability of the increasing growth of the real estate market in the capital.
