Abu Dhabi opens Qasr Al Watan Palace for the Public

Abu Dhabi authorities have decided to officially open the Palace of the Nation at the presidential palace complex as of Monday.

Al Watan Palace was inaugurated at a ceremony organized by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of UAE Armed Forces.

“Today, my brother Mohammed bin Zayed (Al Watan Palace) opened the palace complex,” said Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, through a tweet through his official account on Twitter. “An architectural monument, a masterpiece, and a cultural teacher reflect our identity and heritage. And represents a window on the most important palace in the state. “

The Governor of Dubai said: “Al Watan Palace will open its doors to the people of the homeland, lovers of the homeland, residents, and visitors from the beginning of tomorrow.”

Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed said: “We have opened and my brother Mohammed bin Rashid, along with the Custodian of the Covenants (Al Watan Palace), a new edifice that highlights the cultural and humanitarian roles of the UAE. What this teacher includes scientific, cultural, and intellectual content. “


The opening of Al Watan Palace is expected to be a cultural and tourist addition to the capital of Abu Dhabi, as the experience of Al Watan Palace is a unique addition to a diverse Emirati landscape.
