All Schools, Universities in UAE to Close for 1 Month: Ministry of Education

UAE Ministry of Education has announced for 4 weeks closure of all education institutes including private and public schools, universities and colleges. They have announced it as an early Spring break as to the precautionary measure for the Coronavirus outbreak.

The announcement came late Tuesday evening, in a Tweet from the official Twitter handle it states, that “schools and higher education institutions are to close for four weeks, starting Sunday.”

Nurseries were already closed end of the last month and this announcement came as no surprise as a lot of events, and other activities including large gatherings have been called off by the authorities and respective management companies.
