The internationally renowned Chino Latino restaurant will open in Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina this month. This restaurant is under the same management as China Grill. It has successful branches in New York and London and bar at the St. Regis Corniche in Abu Dhabi.
The unique menu is a fusion of Latin and Asian cuisines including Asia de Cuba signatures such as tunapica tartare with crispy wontons, Spanish olives, toasted coconut and avocado ceviche; ‘Ropa Vieja’ spring rolls with braised beef short rib, rocoto sweet and sour sauce; shrimp churros with sesame and coconut curry and roasted Peking duck with chilli herb salad, tortillas and hoisin.
The restaurant’s head chef, Luis Pous, explained that the menu is all Latin Cuban, with only its inspiration coming from Asian dishes.
The interior designing and ambiance of Asia De Cuba restaurant is trendy. The restaurant is decorated with wallpapers, furnishings and artworks.
