British celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal, who is famous for his triple-cooked chips and soft-centered Scotch eggs, has announced to open a restaurant in Dubai.
“Dinner by Heston Blumenthal” will be opened at Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences on the Palm Jumeirah in 2019. The restaurant will have a private dining room, a bar and two outside terraces. It will serve contemporary dishes inspired by historic gastronomic recipes.
“I’m truly excited about opening in this incredible location”, said Blumenthal.
This will be Blumenthal’s third restaurant, he already has two restaurants in London and Melbourne. His restaurant “The Fat Duck” was voted No. 1 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2005.
