Azizi Developments has revealed Burj Azizi prices for apartments in the second-tallest tower in the world. Prices for the ultra-luxury apartments start at Dh7,149 per square foot and may go as high as Dh34,000 per square foot. Apartments start from Dh7.5 million, with the most expensive unit listed for Dh156 million. The 725-meter tower, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, will consist of a mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces, for an estimated 131-plus floors to be completed in 2028. The sale of luxurious units will start on February 19, 2025, across seven cities: Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo.
“Burj Azizi will genuinely be an asset for Dubai,” said Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Developments. “Historically, these projects come only once in a generation, and so we are talking about a milestone in Dubai’s ascendancy.”
In the last few years, there has been an unprecedented rise in the luxury property segment of Dubai due to overwhelming demand from high-net-worth investors and buyers. Indeed, 2024 was the year that Dubai registered transactions of Dh522.5 billion in property sales, with the driver being off-plan purchases. The ultra-luxury category has greatly affected the success of the real estate scene in Dubai.
In deliberating on the Burj Azizi, new records will abound. The highest hotel lobby, located on level 111, the highest nightclub on level 126, and a museum showing the evolution of the building will become its salient features. Ample amenities comprise swimming pools, a gym, yoga center, spa, cinema, a business center, and much more for those lucky enough to live in the towers. An exciting addition to the project will be a 7-star hotel portraying themes of seven cultures: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian.
The tower will encompass one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with amenity floors placed at every 20 residential floors for residents to enjoy. Azizi claimed that this development has always been a dream project, and despite the setbacks, it is well on its way to becoming a reality.
