Careem has introduced a new 24-hour roadside assistance service that can be booked directly via its app.
This is in collaboration with car battery replacement firm Battmobile that offers a number of options for anyone experiencing car trouble, including battery replacement, fuel delivery, emergency flat-tire replacement, jump starts, battery boosting and diagnostics.
The service is available in Dubai at costs Dhs75 where users are able to track the service vehicle via the Careem app.
