Charlotte Lawrence tests positive for Coronavirus, after Idris Elba

Many celebrities around the world are making attempts to spread awareness in wake of the pandemic while many have fallen into the clutches of the disease. After Tom Hanks and Idris Elba, Singer Charlotte Lawrence has confirmed that she recently tested positive for the coronavirus.

The 19-year-old singer, who is the daughter of actress Christa Miller and screenwriter Bill Lawrence, shared the news on March 18 via Instagram.

The ‘Joke’s On You’ singer urged her followers to stay inside despite the fact that one is healthy to protect the elderly and the vulnerable.

In less than an hour, her post accumulated over 20,000 likes and more than 900 comments.

On a more optimistic note she continued: ‘We have the power to slow this down. So please, please isolate yourself.’
