Emirates has introduced a new home check-in service which allows customers to check in for their flights from anywhere in Dubai.
An Emirates representative will show up at your door, print your boarding passes, do document checks, weigh and tag your bags and deliver your luggage straight to the airport. The service is available for customers of all classes travelling on Emirates flights.
This service has been operating on a trial basis since last year. Anyone using the emirates airline to fly from Dubai can have their baggage collected up to 48 hours before departure.
The service costs Dh350 per trip for up to 7 pieces of luggage and additional bags cost Dh35 each.
Emirates also offers a home delivery service where your luggage retrieved, cleared and sent to your accommodation.
