Yesterday was the Inauguration of a sophisticated, specialized center for all governmental facilities at Art of Living Mall Al Barsha 2. The center should be able to ensure it provides VIP clients with expected security in its operations while meeting their government-related services with efficiency and in the most hassle-free manner possible.
In fact, a major strength of the position that was advertised in the center was its efficiency. The duration expected to complete all the needed paperwork and approvals should not exceed 15 to 30 minutes if not otherwise stipulated by a particular government agreement.
“We have a target. From receiving the transaction to the end of the transaction, no more than half an hour,” stated Badr Al Blooshi, the centre’s Director Manager.
“Here we do not have many walk-in customers but this place is suitable for our target clientele of VIPs who prefer to do their business calmly,” he justified the decision on the location.
Even though, the center also consists of many government services such as the Department of Economy and Tourism and the Dubai Land Department. In future, it wants to expand to involve medical tests, vehicle tests, petrol tests and if possible services affiliated to airports.
“Every little aspect or major affair concerning the government will be available here,” said Al Blooshi. This means that the person or investor will have all the documents ready and all these procedures will be completed on the same day.
The capacity possesses 14 dedicated service counters where clients and customers can wait contentedly until their transactions are handled. The overall atmosphere and facilities are intended to provide an elevated experience compared to traditional government service centers.
