Omniyat – the developer of Dorchester Hotel in Dubai has revealed its look.
Dorchester Collection an exclusive brand, a 5-star hotel and luxury residences on the banks of Dubai canal, developed by Omniyat in collaboration with the Dorchester Collection of London.The development will be in the Marasi District and will be officially launched in March 2018. Details of the project are yet to be announced. They will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Omniyat is the brand behind the most expensive penthouse on the Palm Jumeirah as well as Zaha Hadid’s The Opus. Dorchester Collection also owns and operates several other luxury properties around the world. Dorchester hotels are the finest and elegant project in their design whereas the Dubai edition will be quite latest and modern. The most impressive architecture of the exterior designing is enough to make anyone see how amazing it’ll be.
Dorchester Collection CEO Christopher Cowdray of the Dubai project said. “It will define the future of luxury in this vibrant region.” There will be no compromise on luxury. A Presidential Suite, a sparkling swimming pool, and the Dorchester Collection’s trademark Imperial Suite. An Alain Ducasse restaurant will also grace the development with its presence.
Mahdi Amjad, chief executive and executive chairman of Omniyat, described the development company as “a strong key player in luxury lifestyle and hospitality development” in the region.
