Dubai Fitness Challenge 2024 – Fitness Villages You Can’t Miss Out On

The 2024 Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) was already in full swing across the emirate with three vibrant 30 x 30 Fitness Villages, DP World Kite Beach, Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park, and RTA Al Warqa’a Park. The fitness hubs offered a wide range of activities for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and levels, helping you achieve your 30-day fitness goals in a fun and engaging way.

DP World Kite Beach 30 x 30 Fitness Village

Along the iconic coastline of Dubai, DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village is a high-energy destination with more than 24 sports and fitness zones. There are plenty of activities, such as football and basketball, to martial arts and yoga. More general classes take place at the e& Main Stage, and team sport activities can be found at the Decathlon Sports Court. For some cardio, resistance, or even a core session, head to the talabat zone or the Emirates NBD Yoga zone for more relaxing sessions.

Families can explore the Wasl Gymnastics zone or try parkour at Wasl Parkour. For something different, it’s the Sun & Sand Sports Beach Volleyball Courts, or the three levels of the DP World Sports Hub, with lifting, cycling and rowing stations. The Emirates Rebounder offers workouts based on trampolines, while cricket buffs can go there to practice in the DP World Cricket Zone.

This Fitness Village is accessible to corporate groups that can use it for bonding through fitness. It can be utilized for team building at a group workout or even just a sports tournament. The operating hours of this place are as follows: on weekdays from 3pm to 11pm and on weekends from 7am to 11pm. This place really gives some flexibility time for staying fit while bonding with others.

Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village

Zabeel Park Fitness Village is suitable for running and cycling enthusiasts, featuring enclosed running, cycling, and cricket zones. There are also Emirates Spin Zone and 3-on-3 basketball courts for those who want more. Not left out is a junior version of all these, called Little Lifters, which teaches safe lifting, and Mini Movers-a fun session for a parent and child to do together, focusing on music and movement.

The village is open from 4 pm to 11 pm from Mondays through Thursdays, 12noon to midnight on Fridays, and from 8 am to midnight during Saturdays and Sundays. It is also the collection center for bibs in Dubai Ride hence a fantastic stop-over for all the riders and fitness enthusiasts.

RTA Al Warqa’a Park 30×30 Fitness Village

RTA Al Warqa’a Park Fitness Village provides fun and accessible formats of fitness to everyone. You’ll have a cycling hub with 75 bikes, running club, and other facilities like football zones or kids’ classes. Additionally, Junior Jump builds up the power and distance, and Strength Stars comes in to build the strength and balance to the young ones. There are ladies only zones with Aerotensity, high-intensity workout combined with music for effective fat burning, and MMA GX, martial arts techniques into a full workout. Multi-sport action-packed zones with cycling, football, and basketball. For the children, Modesh Inflatable zone. This village operates from Sunday to Thursday between 4 pm and 11 pm, and Friday to Saturday between 4 pm to 11:30 pm.

 

The 30 x 30 Fitness Villages spread across Dubai offer interesting diverse activities that keep the participants active and engaged in the entire Dubai Fitness Challenge. Whether you seek sport challenges, family-friendly activities, or discovering that new trend in fitness, there is something for everyone in these villages, and therefore, they are perfect destinations to kindle a fitness journey.
