The One Million Prompters, which is the world’s first and the biggest AI prompt engineering training program in the world was launched in Dubai on Tuesday. In this project based in Dubai, a goal set is to train one million individuals in prompt engineering in the next three years.
The statement was released by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF).
Sheikh Hamdan said that through this global campaign which DFF oversees, we seek to ready, nurture, and equip competencies equipped with skills needed to fully unlock the opportunities of applications of artificial intelligence to ideas, progress and growth Sheikh Hamdan emphasized on the importance of moving within a technological compass as a key to success for governments and societies.
The program was announced during the Global Prompt Engineering Championship to educate one million prompt engineers in the next three years. He added: ‘Today we witness a dramatic increase in the speed of technology advancement and thus need new types of skills in the labour market.’
“Our goal is to become the city of the future and to be ready for the AI era by focusing on and building expertise and skills that lead and support technological global advancements, thereby positioning Dubai as an innovative city.”

To complement the Universal Framework for Artificial Intelligence, the One Million Prompters was created in Dubai. It is the first-of-the-kind prompt engineering initiative aimed at building competence and skills in AI prompt engineering, the process of creating optimal conditions, and instructions for the system to provide ideal outcomes in a variety of tasks, including content creation and problem-solving.
