Etihad Airways has launched an online booking option of chauffeur services in the UAE.
Now customers will book Etihad’s chauffeur services through the airline’s upgraded mobile optimized website without calling Etihad’s Contact Center or a travel agent.
This system is created in collaboration with Vxceed Technologies that allows customers to book the chauffeur service up to 12 hours prior to a flight’s departure.
It will enable customers to receive SMS and e-mail confirmation for their scheduled pick-up and connect with their chauffeur.
Etihad operates a Mercedes-Benz E-Class luxury sedans for its landside chauffeur service in the UAE.
