Expo City Dubai has announced the commencement of land plot sales for its 2026 residential project

Newly established Expo City Dubai has revealed details on the sale of development plots at the multi-sectoral Expo Valley residential real estate.

In ‘Expo Valley Plots’, the new buyers can buy plot sizes ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 sqft, “with an option to cluster areas in case needed,” said the master development on Wednesday.

Expo Valley which is yet to be occupied in the first quarter of 2026 consist of 532 units; villas, town-houses, and two-and-a-half units.

Ahmed Al Khatib, chief development and delivery officer at Expo City Dubai, said: “While developing our city we promise plots of land for sale to the designers and developers so that they can be a part of our growing healthy and successful city.”

In ‘Expo Valley Plots’ brochure, the would-be consumers are promised the benefits of space, privacy, architectural freedom that gives a chance to design a home that will fit the plot’s features.
