Flydubai has announced their plans to start direct flights from Dubai International Airport to Finland’s capital Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The low cost carrier will offer a daily service from October 11, 2018.
Flydubai chief commercial officer Hamad Obaidalla said, “We remain committed to opening up previously underserved markets and to providing more travel options to fly to Dubai and beyond.”
The carrier will operate the new route on its brand new Boeing 737 MAX 8 that includes a flat bed in Business Class so passengers can sleep comfortably during their flight and Economy Class offers new Recaro seats which are designed to enhance space and comfort.
This airlines also offers entertainment with a full HD, 11.6-inch screen, featuring a wide selection of movies, TV shows, music and games in English, Arabic and Russian.
Senior vice president Commercial Operations at Flydubai, Jeyhun Efendi said that “We are confident that the high level of our service and the comfort of our new aircraft with a flat-bed in Business Class will make flights between Dubai and Helsinki a popular choice for passengers.”
Business fares will start at Dhs8,500 and economy fares Dhs1,500 with promotional rates offered for booking made until May 31.
