Gitex Shopper will be much bigger this year!
The organizers of Gitex Shopper have announced to merge Spring edition of the tech event with Autumn edition and make it more huge. The event which was planned to be held on April 3 to 7 has been cancelled and will take place in October.
In order to build strong promotions, the organizers have decided to merge the two events. The integration of both editions will offer Gitex Shopper partners a strategic opportunity to deliver strong festive campaigns and enable them to attract high in-store retail sales.
The retail partners of the event have agreed to support the organizers. Gitex Shopper is one of the largest consumer electronics show in the Middle East. All the famous tech companies including Asus, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Canon, Huawei, Nikon, LG, Song, Lenovo and Samsung showcase their high-tech electronics.
According to Mahesh Chotrani, Assistant Vice President, Jacky’s Electronic, “We welcome this decision as it allows us the flexibility to focus our efforts on delivering strong in-store campaigns ahead of the Holy Month of Ramadan, which is an important period in Dubai’s Retail Calendar. The tech event Gitex Shopper will be held on October 2 to 6 at Dubai World Trade Center.
