In Pakistan, the venues that will stage matches are Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi, where each will host three group-stage matches. The second semi-final will be in Lahore, with the final on March 9, but it will be moved to Dubai if India qualifies, with both semi-finals and the final having reserve days.
India will play all its matches in the group stage and the first semi-final in Dubai. The tournament opens with Pakistan facing New Zealand in the Group A opener on February 19 in Karachi, followed by India vs. Bangladesh at Dubai the following day. Group B begins on February 21, with Afghanistan taking on South Africa in Karachi.
Fans can expect an eagerly awaited Pakistan-India clash on February 24 immediately after England meets Australia on February 22. The top eight teams from the points table following the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup will feature in the Champions Trophy, with Group A being made up of Pakistan, India, New Zealand, and Bangladesh, while Group B comprises South Africa, Australia, Afghanistan, and England.
