With a more aggressive design, Kia is breaking new ground in the SUV sector with its new Telluride 2020 car, unveiled at the current North American Auto Show, Detroit 2019.
The car comes with a bold and powerful design with large size and box dimensions. Telluride is the most versatile vehicle in Korea’s Kia lineup, with three rows of seats, confirming that it is a specially designed car for the US market. The Telluride features a long front engine hood, bold front-end front grille, and stylish front lights.
The car also has a muscular design on both sides, as well as L-shaped backlight. The production version looks very similar to the pilot version of the Detroit 2016. The new Kia will be powered by a 296 hp V6 engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission Speeds and a standard front or four-wheel drive option.
The car also has a separate suspension on the four wheels to enable it to handle off-road with a solid steel structure and a rear suspension that can automatically increase the height according to the condition of the road with active four-wheel drive according to road conditions. This system sends power forward and backward according to the driving position, which includes the modes of Eco, Smart, Comfort, Snow, Lock and the latter sends power to all wheels.
Optional safety features include a blind spot avoidance system, an on-the-road assistant and a high-speed driving assistant, while the interior is furnished with luxurious touches, including double-glazing in the first and second seats that come with cooling. Standard in-car equipment includes a leather steering wheel, luggage hangers, climate control system, Apple PlayWindow Auto, 10.25-inch screen, 630-watt Harman Cardon 10 speaker and wireless charging for phones and Bluetooth. The car will be presented in 4 versions: LX, EX, S and SX, While the car sales will start later in the year without setting a price tag yet.
