KUWAIT CITY – Kuwait’s General Manager Ahmed Al-Manfouhi announced on Saturday the launch of the media campaign in celebration of Kuwait’s national celebrations.
In a press statement, Al-Manfouhi congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of His Highness’s inauguration.
He added that when we are aware of the national holidays, we are proud to belong to this small country with a large area of work, positions and political leadership.

He said that during the 13 years passed by the leadership of His Highness the Amir, during which he struck the finest ideals in good governance. At the internal level, he led the development process in the country at a steady and confident pace and maintained the stability of the country and its national unity despite the regional risks and conflicts that have cast a shadow over Kuwait.
He pointed out that at the regional and international level, he was able to raise the values of humanity throughout the globe until he was awarded the title of “Leader of Humanitarian Action” by the highest international organization.
Al-Manfouhi expressed his pride in Kuwait and its leader to renew his promise and the covenant to remain loyal to the homeland and called on God to preserve His Highness and perpetuate it to Kuwait and Kuwaitis.
For his part, the director of public relations department in the municipality Abdulmohsen Abaalkhil said that the campaign “to celebrate the Burki” aims to raise awareness of citizens and residents to contribute to the preservation of the cleanliness of streets and squares and squares that are witnessing the establishment of events and activities associated with national celebrations.
He added that this campaign comes in the interest of the municipality to educate citizens and residents in the preservation of public property and green spaces, as well as respect for the freedom of others and adherence to public ethics during those celebrations.
He said that immediately after the completion of the decrees of raising the national flag at Bayan Palace, observing the decorations and raising the flags of the administration with the participation of 25 students from the religious education scouts at the Ministry of Education and a group of technical instructors, teachers and leaders of the Scout Movement by raising flags in Safat Square and Abdullah Al Salem Street in Kuwait City.
In this regard, he stressed the support and support of the municipality for the voluntary teams and the Scouts of Religious Education in the Ministry of Education, stressing that the Municipality strongly believes in the need for concerted efforts in all state institutions, volunteer teams and scouts in cleaning streets and fields and raising flags.
He called on citizens and residents to report any damaged science to replace it and not to distort the public landscape by negative action that distorts the cultural image of Kuwait.
