Lindsay Lohan gym trains with Tony Keyrouz in Dubai

With confirming her return to USA in 2019, Lindsay Lohan who had previously moved to Dubai, is back again in the Emirates.

Her work out videos have been constantly updated on her Instagram in a gym in Dubai. The Mean Girls actress posted a series of videos to Instagram, in all of which she is working out with Dubai-based trainer, Tony Keyrouz, at My 30 Minutes gym.

The workouts seem to be really intense as Lohan is seen attached to some device while performing squats and stretching.

The workout detailed to deep squats that were working the famous redhead’s glutes. Likewise, the backward leg kicks as her trainer kept her hips square. The machine being used wasn’t identified, but it may well have included an ab stimulator.

Though confirming her return to USA, Lohan has been in the Emirates since February as she posted a selfie of herself at the at Abu Dhabi’s Zaya Nurai Island.

Lohan’s workout choice is “My 30 Minutes”, It is an EMS training gym, and bills itself as “enabling trainers to achieve outstanding results with an intense 20-minute workout session.”

With a number of locations throughout the Emirates, in Abu Dhabi it is located at Eastern Mangroves Suites by Jannah; in Dubai you’ll find it at Beauty Connection Spa off Sheikh Zayed Road, at The Address Dubai Mall, on Al Wasl Road and opposite the Arabian Centre in Mirdif; it also has a location in Ajman. Lohan has spoken publicly about her love for Abu Dhabi in the past.

“Usually, when I have spare time, my family and friends come to visit, which is amazing,” she said in a 2018 interview with a local magazine. “We go to Zaya Nurai Island, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Jumeirah for beaches and water sports. It’s lovely.”

She added: “The best thing about living in the UAE is no paparazzi!”

Having a special place in her heart for Islam, Lohan’s Instagram profile reads “Salam Aleikum”
