The newly established Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) in the UAE has achieved unbelievable success, with more than 450 companies reaching out in less than two months, said CEO Rishi Somaiya. Investors were attracted to ANCFZ through its innovative approach of providing a streamlined, fully digital set-up where investors can obtain a business license in as little as 15 minutes and a visa within 48 hours.
Unlike others, free zones in Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone ANCFZ are basically efficient digital processes. “We do all the paperwork for our clients,” Somaiya said. “From preparing application forms to digital signatures, everything is managed by our team, so the clients can sign the documents from the comfort of their homes.”
ANCFZ offers licences in any sector that is legally accepted by the UAE, including the new ones like gaming, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. The cost to set up a business here is quite competitive; the packages start at Dh10,800 for company licence which covers 10 activities and a two-year visa. This is also much cheaper than other free zones that may charge around Dh12,000 for a single activity.
ANCFZ licensees can also readily open bank accounts typically within a week, due to agreements with local banks. Along with these benefits, the strategic location of the UAE coupled with low taxation and robust infrastructure presents the place an attraction for entrepreneurs around the world.
