SBE, the international luxury hospitality group that operates and operates international hotel brands, has announced a new partnership with WOW Property Development, which will open the first hospitality brand in the Middle East.
The three-star hotel, which will open in the third quarter of 2020, comprises 75 floors, 254 hotel rooms, 371 luxury apartments, and 321 luxury hotel apartments. This hotel will be one of the tallest residential and hotel towers in the region. It will also feature 2 restaurants each with its signature character.
The new property, 1.5 km from Burj Khalifa, features views of Dubai Creek and the stunning urban skyline of downtown Dubai. The roof of the 75-story tower features two swimming pools with open-air views that offer a 360-degree view of the city. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensconce a deluxe lounge and lobby bar, and offer panoramic views of the “City of Gold”. The two swimming pools of this hotel will be among the highest in Dubai and the region.

The hospitality brand SLS is part of SBE’s global expansion plan, with plans to invest 25 additional locations in several cities, including Washington DC, Buenos Aires, and Cancun.
