Ultra-luxury, wellness-focused hospitality operator Six Senses has revealed another residential project in Dubai to open by July 2026. In partnership with Select Group, the 122-storey Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will be the world’s tallest residential tower when it opens.
It is the second property as part of the cooperation between the developer and the brand, following Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai. The latter will also host Six Senses Place, marking the UAE’s inaugural wellness and social club.
Situated in a prime location in Dubai Marina, the 122-storey development showcases 251 residences with an array of unit typologies and sizes, ranging from 2, 3 to 4-bedroom residences, 4-bedroom half-floor penthouses, 4-bedroom duplex Sky Mansions, and 5-bedroom triplex Sky Mansions. The residences will enjoy a selection of sweeping panoramas encompassing Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour Beachfront, Emirates Golf Course, Dubai Marina, Blue Waters, and Ain Dubai.
The new development, which will be designed by the architectural team at WSP Middle East are designed to promote sustainability, wellness, and happiness, targeting LEED Silver certification.

Residents will benefit from amenities such as Sleep with Six Senses bedroom features and elements of biophilia and classical feng shui. Additionally, they can personalize their living spaces with bespoke features, including a wellness wardrobe stocked with home fitness equipment and mood-enhancing sensory art.
Amenities will be spread across four levels, totaling 61,250 sq ft. They include a longevity center, gym, cryotherapy chambers, a crystal sound healing room, and a spa area with hydrotherapy amenities. The Skydeck on the 109th floor features a 25m lap pool.

The development also has community lounge areas, a games room, and a cinema. Six Senses Place on the Palm will be accessible via a 10-minute boat ride.
