The Witcher ‘Henry Cavill’ is coming to Dubai

Mark your calendars as the “Superman-Man of Steel” actor, Henry Cavill is headed to Dubai to meet and greet with his fans on 31st March 2020.

The ‘Mission Impossible and ‘The Witcher’ actor will be in town to celebrate the opening of ‘Speedy Comics’ flagship store in the UAE, an event that will be open to fans.

“We invite you for a once in a lifetime opportunity to take photos and signatures with the actor for free,” Speedy Comics wrote on Instagram.

The toy and pop culture merchandiser has an outlet in Kuwait, and its new Dubai store will be located at Al Attar Business Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Cavill has starred in much larger the life characters in his career spanning over 10 years like The Man from U.N.C.L.E, Superman, Mission Impossible and many more. Starting out with smaller but important roles in hits like “The Tudors”, Cavill’s fame skyrocketed with him being cast in Zack Snyder’s darker Superman movie “Man Of Steel”. Cavill is a British actor who has proven his acting chops with stellar performances, has most recently been seen in Netflix’s hyped “The Witcher” which has been hailed the best adaptation to date. Netflix has revealed that 76 million households “chose to watch” the series last month.

So it won’t be wrong to say that Speedy Comics is right to call this Dubai based event “an opportunity of a lifetime” for the fans.
