Three New Residential Communities in Dubai Approved by Sheikh Mohammed

The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has ordered Dubai Municipality for the allocation of three new residential communities in Dubai.

More than 10,000 land plots will be allocated for Emirati citizens in Dubai. The new residential communities, Wadi Shabak, Al Ruwayyah 3rd, and Mushrif will have mosques, schools, shops and public parks.

The new residential communities are for the welfare of the Emirati families. These communities will provide all the necessities to the Emirati citizens.

According to him, “We have ordered the allocation of new land plots as part of promoting the wellbeing and prosperity of Emirati citizens in Dubai. The new residential communities will feature all essential infrastructure.”

The Director General of Dubai Municipality, Dawood Abdulrahman Al Hajri said that all the necessary actions will be taken to implement the order. The distribution of land plots for Emirati citizens who have received approval from the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment will take place soon.
