YouGov BrandIndex 2019 Workforce Rankings in the UAE revealed that UAE residents have chosen the Dubai-based carrier as the top choice for the second time in a row.
This survey that has taken place on Wednesday, has given the results that Emirates airline is their top priority to work for in 2019.
Based on market performance, Apple has moved two places up than last year and stood on the second place while the iPhone remains on third this year as well.
Dubai mall Samsung Galaxy and Almarai group has been moving up year by year and stood on the ranking of seventh, eighth and ninth. On the other hand, Emaar and Google are slipping down from the current position and took place on fourth and sixth.
YouGov has also pointed out ten brands in this report that has shown prominent improvements to their reputation over the past year. Warner Bros. World is the most improved brand of the past year in the UAE which has increased its score of +7.9, enhancing its reputation from 7.9 to 15.0 in 2019.
As Netflix has released its exciting original content, it has become its reason to improve, with a variation in a score of +7.0.
Talking about smartphone brands, there are several brands that have shown a considerable improvement in their reputation scores over the past years. Huawei has managed to take place in the list of improvers and took the third place in the list by scoring +6.4.
Beverage brands such as Coca-Cola (+6.2) and Starbucks (+4.1), FMCG brands such as Downy (+6.1) and Colgate (+3.9), and finance brands such as Al Ansari Exchange (+4.9) and UAE Exchange (+4.1). these brands have shown a prominent improvement in increasing their reputation scores. However, Baskin Robins secured the tenth position in the list by making a score of +3.9.
