UAE Citizens May Now Continue Working after 25 Years of Service

The Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund has announced that UAE citizens who have completed 25 years of service may continue working for a different organization.

Such employees are free to continue working as long as they are not above the age of 60 for men and 55 for women. They must find employment within six months of tendering their resignation to their original place of employment.

Once a person had completed 25 years of service and tendered their resignation, they were automatically provided with a stipend. Which will be 80 per cent of the original salary.
