Uber has launched a new registration portal for Saudi women who are interested in driving.
The portal is accessed through a separate Masaruky landing page on its website that aims to increase women’s participation in the workforce through access to affordable transportation.
The new landing page will cater those women who are looking to benefit from extra earnings opportunities through Uber once they have received their licenses.
78 percent of Saudi women were likely to get a driving license after post ban removal later this month and 31 percent indicating that they were interested in driving as an earnings opportunity.
Many women have recognized that Uber is the right choice for those who wants to make an extra earning from the flexible economic opportunities.
The new registration portal will help address any queries they may have as they gear up to start driving on the Uber app.
