The restaurant has a range of refreshing drinks such as orange juice with shea seeds, coconut juice with lemongrass, cold Vietnamese coffee.
Combining contemporary features and modern touches, the restaurant combines Vietnamese style with simplicity and traditionally. It has a spacious dining area and is decorated with a high ceiling with a capacity for up to 70 people. The restaurant is inspired by the variety of cuisine in the Vietnamese capital of Ho Chi Minh City and is prepared using fresh ingredients, where most dishes are cooked in sauces and water rather than oil.
The new Vietnamese Foodies restaurant has the same standards as the landmark brand in the award-winning Jumeirah Lakes Towers in terms of friendly service and a signature Vietnamese menu. The Vietnamese Foodies restaurant in Jumeirah Lake Towers and Down Town Dubai will be open throughout the holy month of Ramadan, welcoming guests who are looking for meals during the day and fasting who are looking for a special destination for breakfast. The restaurant also hosts cooking classes under the supervision of the restaurant owner and Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen starting in July.
