  • Arrival Time: Passengers are advised to arrive 5 minutes before departure for the abra and water taxi, and 15 minutes before the ferry.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: These are non-refundable tickets once purchased.
  • Safety Standards: Life jackets have to be worn, and kids less than 12 years have to be accompanied by a local guardian who must possess valid ID proof.
