Wedding bells for Richa Chadda and Ali Fazal in 2020?

It looks like a spring wedding for the Bollywood Lovebirds and long term couple, Richa Chadda and Ali Fazal as they apply for marriage registration at Bandra Family Court.

According to a report in a news portal, Richa and Ali have submitted their application on February 15, 2020. So, as per the marriage registration rules, the wedding can take place any day post-March 15.

The B-Town couple have shoots lined up, so they hope to complete their commitments by March 31 and dedicate April to their wedding functions.

The actors’ official spokesperson also told the news portal that the date for the registration has been taken. “Currently, only the date for the registration has been taken. By process, the window that is valid is for three months from the date that has been allotted,” the spokesperson said.

“The couple are working towards an official registration in the last week of April, post which the celebrations will follow. All we can say is that it’s a happy occasion and all the parties involved are elated,” the spokesperson added.

A report in Times Of India recently quoted a source as saying Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal had set an April wedding date in New Delhi, where Richa grew up. “They are all set to take the big leap. The wedding will happen in Delhi among close family and friends. The festivities will go on for two days. There will also be a party for their Bollywood friends in Mumbai after that.”

Richa Chadha has been vocal about her relationship with Ali Fazal. In an interview with Bombay Times, she talked about her thoughts on getting married and said, “We are waiting and chilling, and we are in a happy space.”
