Zero Gravity presents an all-star line up to celebrate the New Year and dance on the sand into 2020. With arguably the best views in the city of Dubai’s sparkling skyline and an equally sparkling sky full of fireworks, it’s going to be a night to remember, with two of dance music’s biggest names, Jax Jones and Jonas Blue supplying a sensational soundtrack of the hottest hits.
New Year’s Eve begins with a pool and beach brunch during the day before the last sunset of 2019 signals the start of the beach party across the venue. Brunch includes unlimited food and beverages from 1-5pm, including live cooking stations, sushi, pasta and salad bars as well as choice delicious desserts for those with a sweet tooth, all washed down with the help of eight beverage stations.
Brunchers are welcome to stay for the evening with Zero Gravity’s salon-style changing rooms fully equipped with hair appliances, walk in showers and beauty products. Once you’re ready to party, the glitter station will give you that extra sparkle and shine.
This year two of the biggest artists will be taking the stage by storm right on the beachfront where you can dance into the early hours and celebrate the year of 2020.
Jonas Blue is an English DJ, song writer, record producer and remixer based in London who blends dance with pop music, in 2015 he released a tropical house cover of Tracy Chapman ‘s 1988 single ‘Fast Car’, which peaked at number two on UK Singles Chart, and to date has been streamed 732 million times on Spotify. Another chart topper for Jonas was Perfect Strangers, featuring vocals by JP Cooper, which peaked at number two in the UK Singles Chart and reached the top 10 in eight other countries.
Jax Jones is coming back for another massive set at the NYE bash, after performing on the sand in 2017. Expect hits like You Don’t Know Me and I Got U (the Duke Dumont number one hit). In 2018, Jones supported Demi Lovato in the United Kingdom on her ‘Tell Me You Love Me Tour’. Jones’ debut studio album Snacks (Supersize) was released on 6 September 2019.
If previous years are anything to go by, Zero Gravity’s New Year’s Eve Beach Festival is set to be another sell out. A limited quantity of specially priced Early Bird tickets will be sold in two releases followed by regular tickets online from platinumlist.net. If you live in the Marina, JBR or Media City, Zero Gravity is walking distance from the nearby areas right next to Sky Dive.
