Bela Padilla is coming back with JC Santos to make you weep again in their upcoming movie “Of Vodka, Beers, and Regrets,” Bela is playing the role of Jane, a famous actress who is trying to recover from a major scandal, while Santos is playing a musician and they start dating. The movie will be released on February 5th, 2020

Bela was in Dubai last month in the Filipino Star-Studded Event “Barrio Fiesta and Bayanihan 2019” starts, Superstars from all over Filipino come to UAE to witness the magic. One such Superstar who is in attendance is the beloved actress Bella Padilla.
Born with the name Krista Elyse Hidalgo Sullivan, Filipino actress Bella Padilla is an actress, film producer, screenwriter, host, and model.
Very early in her life, she was discovered by ABS-CBN talent scout Jet Valle. Initially adopting the name Krista Valle she later changed her name to her original, Krista Sullivan in her first TV role on the teen drama, “Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv Ur Lyf 2”.
In 2009, she played a minor role in the TV series Totoy Bato. She then became a cast regular on the third season of Lokomoko High on TV5.
In 2010, she took three the major decisions, First, she left Magic Star, Second she replaced her manager with Claire Dela Fuente and lastly changed her stage name to Bella Padilla.
In 2011, Bela was awarded the Miss Friendship and the Media’s Darling awards in the Asian Super Model Contest that was held in Guilin and Nanning in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, on 6 and 7 September.
She has also won the FAMAS Award for the Best Supporting Actress for her role in 10,000 Hours.
As she became a well-known brand in the industry, Bella was constantly scrutinized and In March 2012, Padilla was at the center of a controversy when her FHM Philippines magazine cover was withdrawn due to accusations of racism.
Returning to ABS-CBN in 2015, Bella took the role of Carmen in the hit teleserye FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. In 2019, Bella dazzled the screens across with the role of as the main antagonist and also the lead character of Sino ang Maysala?: Mea Culpa as Juris.
In 2018, the actress and screenwriter also thanked overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) all over the world for supporting her shows and the shows on the global subscription television network The Filipino Channel (TFC).
“It’s nice to hear (someone say) I watched you last night, and you made me cry or you made me laugh, it’s nice at least even for 30 minutes they forget their own problems and are just absorbed in your TV shows,” Padilla said.
