Viral Café Photo of Former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, Surfaces Increasing Suspicions regarding his health. Trouble looms heavy for the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, as a viral photo of him at a London restaurant with his family members surfaced.
The Former Prime Minister who previously was diagnosed with an immune system disorder which became the basis for him exiting ECL in the first place, is seen quite stable and healthy in the viral photo.
Shehbaz, former finance minister Ishaq Dar and other members of the Sharif family can be seen in the photo along with ex-PM Nawaz Sharif.
Federal Science Minister Fawad Chaudhry uploaded the leaked photo on his Twitter account on Monday. The Minister said: “In London’s intensive care unit, the treatment against plundering is underwaynd all patients present (there) are feeling better.”

The picture was also reportedly discussed at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad. This led the government taking immediate actions as Usman Buzdar swung into action and sought latest reports about Mr Sharif’s health from his personal physician Dr. Adnan Khan so that it could decide on his application seeking extension to stay abroad for treatment.
The Punjab government earlier sought latest reports from Nawaz Sharif also as he on Dec 23 sought extension in his stay abroad on the expiry of the four-week period allowed by the court to go to London for medical treatment.
“We will submit fresh reports to the Punjab government in a few days,” the PML-N leader said but hoping that the data provided would suffice. On this, Islamabad High Court had directed Mr Sharif to seek Punjab government’s permission for further relief, if needed.
But after this viral photo and Fawad Chaudhry’s latest tweet, the PML-N government gave it right back to the current PTI ministers on their biases against the former leader and urged them to grow out of their “Sharif Phobia”.
“Doctors have advised Nawaz Sharif to go out for change of environment. They insist that staying indoors will not be good for his health. Therefore, Sharif has started going out. On Sunday, Sharif along with his family members had a walk to catch fresh air and had a tea in a restaurant,” a PML-N leader from London told Dawn news.
