According to a recent survey conducted by Gallup World Poll, UAE has the highest percentage of employees satisfied with their jobs.
The organization has released the survey on May 1. It surveyed 1,000 people in each of 128 countries and found that there are only three nations with the greatest percentage of employees satisfied with their jobs including UAE, USA and Russia.
In the survey, it was found that United Arab Emirates has 31 percent people who are seeking full-time employment, while 58 percent of citizens who are full-time employed rated their jobs as Good and Great.
The United States of America has 58 percent citizens who are seeking full-time employment. 13 percent full-time employed rated their jobs as Great while 32 percent rated as Good.
However, 51 percent people in Russia are seeking full-time employment. 35 percent full-time employed rated their jobs as Good, and 13 percent as Great.
The other countries with highest job satisfaction are Singapore, Canada, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Panama, Uruguay, Estonia, Mongolia, Philippines and Mauritius.
