Something big is happening at Mall of the Emirates. And it’s not slowing down anytime soon. The mall is mid-way through a massive transformation. more than 100 new stores and reimagined spaces are set to reshape the space over the coming years. Ambitious doesn’t quite cover it.
But here’s the part worth paying attention to right now. A fresh wave of stores and restaurants is confirmed to land before the end of 2026, and a few of them are making their Dubai debut entirely.

Not new to the mall, but bigger. Nike is relocating and expanding its existing footprint at Mall of the Emirates. Expect the usual, trendy footwear, replica football shirts, and enough exercise gear to justify a New Year’s resolution you haven’t made yet.

The Los Angeles luxury activewear brand is setting up its third UAE location, joining existing spots at Dubai Mall and The Galleria Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
If you know Alo, you know what’s coming — elevated loungewear that somehow works equally well at the gym and brunch.
