Something big is happening at Mall of the Emirates. And it’s not slowing down anytime soon. The mall is mid-way through a massive transformation.  more than 100 new stores and reimagined spaces are set to reshape the space over the coming years. Ambitious doesn’t quite cover it.

But here’s the part worth paying attention to right now. A fresh wave of stores and restaurants is confirmed to land before the end of 2026, and a few of them are making their Dubai debut entirely.

    Here’s what’s coming.

    1. Nike

Not new to the mall, but bigger. Nike is relocating and expanding its existing footprint at Mall of the Emirates. Expect the usual, trendy footwear, replica football shirts, and enough exercise gear to justify a New Year’s resolution you haven’t made yet.

    Opening: December

    1. Em Sherif Café

The Lebanese favourite is opening a new outpost, bringing its signature mix of everyday classics and modern-meets-traditional bites.

This brand has quietly become a staple among regional foodies. Not flashy. Just consistently good.

    Opening: December

    1. Alo

The Los Angeles luxury activewear brand is setting up its third UAE location, joining existing spots at Dubai Mall and The Galleria Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.

If you know Alo, you know what’s coming — elevated loungewear that somehow works equally well at the gym and brunch.

    Opening: TBC

    1. On

Here’s a first. The Swiss running brand, known for its CloudTec pods embedded in the sole, is opening its very first UAE store.

Runners already know the hype. Now Dubai gets to see what the fuss is about firsthand.

    Opening: July

    1. Berenjak

Charcoal-grilled kababs, mazah, sofreh — Berenjak brings its London roots to a new Dubai location. Regulars at Dar Wasl already know the draw. Now there’s another spot to get it.

    Opening: December

    1. Saltfire

Wood-fired cooking, open flames, and bold local flavours — Saltfire arrives in Dubai after proving itself in Bahrain first.

If the Bahrain reception is anything to go by, this one’s worth the wait.

    Opening: December

    1. Chloé

Luxury fashion arrives with Chloé’s signature handbags and accessories setting up shop at Mall of the Emirates.

Not much needs saying here. The brand speaks for itself.

    Opening: August

    1. La Maison Ani

The DIFC favourite is expanding to Mall of the Emirates, bringing its French Mediterranean menu along with it. Fresh pastries. Solid lunches. Desserts that don’t hold back.

    Opening: November

    1. Akiro

Barcelona-born, globally acclaimed, and now finally coming to Dubai. Akiro’s Japanese-Peruvian hand rolls have already found fans in Madrid, Chicago, and Milan.

This is the kind of opening that food circles will be talking about well before doors open.

    Opening: December

    1. Nala

Alserkal Avenue’s beloved canteen concept is heading to Mall of the Emirates. Everything’s made to order here, and the menu spans cuisines without ever feeling scattered.

    Opening: September.
