Yes, you can buy U-17 World Cup tickets now, and a Day Pass costs just QAR 20. General sale opened to everyone on Monday, 26 October, through roadtoqatar.qa, and FIFA also points buyers to FIFA.com/tickets.

The tournament runs at Aspire Zone from 19 November to 13 December 2026. One Day Pass covers several matches on the same day, plus the Fan Zone. Here is what you need to know before you buy.

    Which pass should you buy?

Day Pass: QAR 20 per matchday

This is the main ticket. It covers the group stage, the round of 32, the round of 16 and the quarter-finals. With one pass you can watch several matches at Aspire Zone on the same day and enjoy the cultural and entertainment activities in the Fan Zone.

The catch is that a Day Pass does not reserve a seat at any one game. You can buy up to six Day Passes per person per matchday.

    Prime Pass: QAR 35

A Prime Pass reserves seating for high-demand fixtures. It costs QAR 35 for matches from the group stage to the semi-finals. For the third-place play-off, it is QAR 20.

You can buy up to four Prime Passes for each main pitch on any matchday. Availability depends on how many seats each pitch has, so popular games may sell out first.

    Final tickets

Tickets for the final on 13 December start at QAR 15 for Category 2. Each person can buy up to six.

    Tickets for fans with disabilities

Wheelchair-accessible seating will be available. Accessible tickets cost QAR 20 for matches up to and including the third-place play-off, and QAR 15 for the final.

According to FIFA, each accessible ticket includes one free companion ticket and an accessible parking pass. If you need accessible seating, contact the organisers at accessibility.tickets@sc.qa.

    Qatar’s opening match

The host nation is in Group A with Egypt, Greece and Panama. Qatar plays Panama in the opening match on 19 November. The Peninsula listed kick-off as 6:30pm, but check the official schedule before you plan your evening.

The tournament features 48 teams playing 104 matches. Most games, including the group stage and most knockout rounds, will be played at the Competition Complex in Aspire Zone, which can host up to eight matches in a day.

How to buy, step by step

    1. Go to roadtoqatar.qa or FIFA.com/tickets.
    2. Choose your pass type: Day Pass, Prime Pass or a final ticket.
    3. Pick your matchday and stay within the purchase limits.
    4. Complete payment and save your digital tickets to your phone.

Before the general sale, a presale was open only to Visa cardholders. That restriction no longer applies to the general sale.

    Common mistakes to avoid

Assuming a Day Pass guarantees a seat

It does not. If you are set on seeing Qatar play, or a fixture likely to draw a crowd, the Prime Pass is the safer option.

Forgetting that every ticket is digital

All tickets are digital. If you are buying for a school party or a large group, make sure everyone can get their tickets on their phones before match day.

    Buying from resellers

Buy only through the official channels named by FIFA and the organisers. With tickets this cheap, resale listings on social media are not worth the risk.

    What happens next

The general sale runs until the tournament starts, subject to availability. Details on Fan Zone opening hours and transport to Aspire Zone had not been published at the time of writing.

This is the second of five back-to-back editions of the U-17 World Cup that Qatar is hosting, running through to 2029. The Peninsula reported that the 2025 tournament drew more than 197,000 fans. This year’s mascot is BOMA, an owl-inspired character named after the Arabic word for owl.
